Hugo realizó sus estudios secundarios en un bachillerato con orientación deportiva en la ciudad de Gualeguaychú, Entre Ríos . Luego estudió profesorado en educación física en la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP). Realizó varios cursos, entre ellos el de guardavidas (dictado por la Cruz Roja), técnico de fútbol (dictado por AFA), cursos sobre ESI, una diplomatura superior en sobre bullying y salud mental, entre otros . Su interés por el estudio impulsó a Hugo a iniciar la carrera de filosofía, también en la UNLP. Hugo completed his secondary education at a school with a sports orientation in the city of Gualeguaychú, Entre Ríos, before undertaking the degree in Physical Education teaching at Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP). He complemented his education by training as a lifeguard with the Red Cross, as a football coach with Asociación de Fútbol Argentino (AFA), and with courses on comprehensive sexual education, and a higher diploma in bullying and mental health, among others. His academic interests led Hugo to start a degree in philosophy, also at UNLP.
